no housekeepinglazy excuse
The room was never cleaned during my 3 days stay, even when I asked. The reason given was to 'save the planet'. I did NOT really understand how not removing the trash or tidying the bed could help with that. This excuse felt quite lazy.

I found that housekeeping was minimal . The trash was emptied , but there was no thorough cleaning. the location of the television in my room was ODD. I could not view it comfortably from the bed.

The location was AMAZING with easy access to public transport. The rooms were clean. I found the staff friendly and helpful.
The hotel lobby sometimes smelled of cigarettes. I noticed lots of luggage in the entrance and it looked cluttered.
