no housekeeping lazy excuse
The room was never cleaned during my 3 days stay, even when I asked. The reason given was to 'save the planet'. I did NOT really understand how not removing the trash or tidying the bed could help with that. This excuse felt quite lazy.

I found that housekeeping was minimal . The trash was emptied , but there was no thorough cleaning. the location of the television in my room was ODD. I could not view it comfortably from the bed.

the twin room non-smoking was perfect for my stay. the location near the subway made exploring so easy. i also appreciated the cleanliness of the room. the staff was consistently helpful.

Reasonable stay overall
easy access public transport clean rooms helpful staff cigarette smell cluttered entrance no air fresheners
The location was AMAZING with easy access to public transport. The rooms were clean. I found the staff friendly and helpful.
The hotel lobby sometimes smelled of cigarettes. I noticed lots of luggage in the entrance and it looked cluttered. I felt air fresheners should be placed in the elevators.
